General Products:
We have 60 days return policy for general goods, we do not have special requirement or strict rules.

All we require is that you return the item back to us in the original package, and make sure the product is in the same and brand new condition.

Electronic Products: (Speaker, Headset)

We have 30 days return policy for Electronic product(s) if there is any factory faulty with the product(s).

Please note that there is no change of mind return of electronic product.

Return Guideline:

• Products must be in new condition and in the original box and/or packaging.

• We will not accept any return if the product is damaged or the package is damaged.

• Shipping is at your own cost, but we will provide full support.

• For change of mind return & refund, postage is not refundable.

• For free shipping change of mind return & refund, we will charge 10% of the product price as our shipping expense.

• Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund, replacement or exchange.

Please note that credit card refund may takes up t o 10 days to process and it depends on your credit card company.
